1. What you are buying

You are buying access, for twelve months, to a research database: a list of websites, the link sellers and middlemen we have found who can place a link on each one, their contact details, and the most recent price each one quoted. It is delivered as an Excel file (.xlsx), downloaded from a private page tied to your purchase. We refresh the data periodically, notify you by email when we do, and the new version replaces the old one on that same page.

You are not buying links. You are not buying placements. We are not a party to anything you subsequently agree with a seller.

2. No guarantee that any seller responds or delivers

This market fluctuates constantly. Sellers lose access to sites, change their pricing, change their email address, or stop trading with no notice. A price recorded in the database is the last figure we observed, not a live quote, and not an offer either we or the seller are bound by.

That is precisely why the database lists more than one seller for most sites, and sometimes dozens. Contact every seller listed for a site, not only the cheapest one. That is the single thing that most improves your chance of getting a reply. Some sites have only one seller listed, and for those your odds are lower.

Anything you pay a seller is a transaction between you and that seller. We do not hold, process, refund or recover it, and we cannot intervene in a dispute with them.

3. Billing, renewal and cancellation

• Access costs USD $997 per year. The monthly figure shown on our site, $83.08, is that annual price divided by twelve and is shown for comparison only. You are charged $997 once per year, not monthly.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• The subscription renews automatically every twelve months at the then-current price. We will give you at least 30 days notice before any price change.
• To cancel, email us at the address in section 9 before your renewal date. There is no self-service cancellation page. We will cancel the subscription and confirm by reply.
• Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not refund the year already running, and your access continues until the end of the period you paid for.

4. Limited membership

Membership is capped at 500 seats in total. Seats are sold first come, first served. Once all 500 are held, the product closes to new buyers. A seat becomes available again only when an existing member cancels or their subscription lapses.

We do not publish how many seats remain. The cap exists to protect the value of the database for the people who hold it: every member approaches the same finite group of sellers, and an unlimited membership would degrade the response rate for everyone.

Your seat is held for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel and later want to return, you rejoin at the back of the queue and only if a seat is free.

5. Refunds

Because the entire product is delivered the moment you pay, and its value is the information itself, purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted. If the sheet never reached you, or you were charged twice, email us and we will put it right.

6. What you may and may not do with it

• You may buy placements from any seller listed, for yourself or for your clients.
• You may resell those placements to your clients at any price you choose. This is expressly allowed.
• You may not republish, resell, syndicate or redistribute the database itself, in whole or in substantial part.
• Access is for one person or one agency. If you publish or circulate your access link, we may suspend access after giving you notice and an opportunity to stop.

7. Accuracy

We compile this database from our own buying history and correspondence. We believe it is accurate when recorded, and we make no warranty that any individual entry is current, complete or correct. Domain Rating values are sourced from Ahrefs and carry their own measurement date. Domain Rating by Ahrefs.

We are not responsible for the quality, indexation, retention or search-ranking effect of any link you buy, nor for any action a search engine takes in respect of your site. Paid links are contrary to Google's spam policies. Google may respond with a ranking demotion or a manual action against the site receiving the link. That risk sits entirely with you, and you should decide whether to accept it before buying.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you in connection with this product is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost rankings, lost traffic, or money you paid to a third-party seller.

10. Governing law and terms

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the courts of Tokyo have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Nothing here removes a consumer protection you hold under the mandatory law of your own country of residence.

These terms are the whole agreement between us for this product. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. We may update these terms, and the version published here at the time of your renewal is the one that applies.
