This page says exactly what we collect, why we hold it, who else sees it, and how to make us delete it. It is short because we collect very little.
What we collect

We do not collect your name, address, phone number or company unless you put them in an email to us. We never see or store your card details.
Where it lives
- Cloudflare D1, our database, which holds the table described above.
- Stripe, who process the payment and hold your billing record. Their privacy policy governs that.
- Klaviyo, our email platform, which holds your email address so we can send you product updates and tell you when the vault changes.
- Google, because the product itself is a Google Sheet shared with view access.
Marketing email
Buying the vault adds you to our member list so we can tell you about updates to the data and anything that affects your access. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never affects your access to the product.
How long we keep it
For as long as your subscription is active, and for two years afterwards so we can handle billing questions and reinstate you if you come back. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will, except where we are required to retain a transaction record for tax purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email the address below and we will action it within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies of its own. If you arrive from an advertisement, the advertising platform may have set its own identifiers before you got here, governed by that platform's policy. Stripe sets what it needs to process a payment securely once you reach the checkout page.
